How Lead Manifold Works

Lead Manifold is a lead-capture and customer-communication service operated by Keepr Holdings LLC. We help local home-service businesses — tree services, epoxy flooring, and similar trades — receive customer requests through their websites and respond quickly by phone, text, and email.

What We Do

Each business we serve has a request form (name, phone, and the details of the job) embedded on its website and hosted by Lead Manifold. When a customer submits a request, that business can reply and carry on a conversation about the work the customer asked about — answering questions, scheduling a free estimate, and sending quotes.

Text Messaging

Messaging through Lead Manifold is conversational and customer-care only: the business replies to a request the customer started, confirms details, follows up on a free estimate, or sends a quote link. We do not send marketing or promotional texts. Messages are sent only in response to a customer who first contacted the business.

Customers consent to be contacted by submitting a request form — an SMS consent disclosure appears directly above the submit button, naming the business and stating message frequency, "Message & data rates may apply," and the STOP/HELP keywords, with links to our Privacy Policy and Terms.
