These are conversational, customer-care messages — for example, replying to your question, confirming details, or following up on your request. Message frequency varies based on your conversation. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. All opt-out requests are honored immediately. We store your opt-in record with a timestamp and the method of consent.

Data Sharing

We share the details of your request only with the specific local service provider you contacted, solely so they can respond to and fulfill that request. We do not sell or share your mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties, affiliates, or partners for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Under no circumstances will mobile opt-in data be sold or shared for advertising or promotional use. We do not use phone numbers for marketing.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to respond to your request and to keep a record of the communication, and as required by law. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact below.
