These Terms of Service govern your use of Lead Manifold, a lead-capture and communication service operated by Keepr Holdings LLC, and the request forms and messaging provided through it.

The Service

Lead Manifold lets you submit a request to a local service business and receive responses by phone, text, or email. We facilitate that communication on the business's behalf.

Communications & SMS Consent

When you submit a request or text one of our numbers, you authorize the business you contacted, through Lead Manifold, to respond to you by phone call and text message regarding your request. Messages are transactional and conversational only — we do not send marketing or promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help. All STOP requests are honored immediately.

Acceptable Use

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only to make genuine service requests. You may not use the forms or numbers to send unlawful, abusive, or automated spam content.

Availability

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that a business will respond within any particular time.

Limitation of Liability

Keepr Holdings LLC facilitates communication between you and independent local businesses and is not responsible for the services those businesses provide. To the extent permitted by law, Keepr Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
